If you are traveling to California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York or if you are traveling internationally, transactions using your debit card must be PIN based. Signature based transactions will be denied in order to prevent debit card fraud. Please call your local branch for more information.


Contactless Debit Cards

Exchange Bank is excited to offer Contactless Debit Cards!

Using your Contactless Debit Card is easy! Look for the Contactless symbol at checkout. Then, tap the terminal with your card to make your payment. 

Cards will be issued via mail as your current Debit Card approaches expiration and they will be available via Instant Issue in branches soon.

You will be need to activate your new Contactless Card before you can use it by inserting the card into a payment terminal or via an ATM balance inquiry.

There are times when you’re not going to have enough cash on hand. For those times, you’ll be glad to have a debit card or ATM card from Exchange Bank of Northeast Missouri, which offer convenient, fast access to your money.

Using Your Exchange Bank Debit or ATM Card

With debit and ATM cards, Exchange Bank of Northeast Missouri offers account holders different options. These cards can be used to get quick cash, make deposits, view your balance or move money between your Exchange Bank checking and savings accounts.

Your debit card can also be used to make purchases. Some locations also allow you to get cash back on your purchases if you use your PIN. You can use your debit or ATM card fee free at any MoneyPass ATM.

If you plan on using your card while traveling, we recommend calling the bank before you leave in order to prevent security issues that may arise when using your card.

Dealing with a Stolen Debit/ATM card

If you’ve lost your card or believe it has been stolen, call (660) 727-3344 between 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and Saturday 8:00 a.m – Noon. If it is after banking hours, please call (888) 263-3370. 

Debit/ATM Card Disputes

You can report an unauthorized or incorrect debit card transaction or ATM transaction by calling the Dispute Processing Center at (833) 995-2888. The faster you call, the sooner we can close your card and issue you a new card.
